NONE! The app is for the community, and we want to be friends with everyone and ensure its usage. They will have a special profile for the administrator and concierge, but at no cost.
Payments can be made upfront (before making a reservation), or they can be charged at the end of the month for all reservations made and used. We recommend the latter—it's faster for everyone and reduces disputes over unused reservations.
If you have an outstanding community payment, you won't be able to make any new reservations for common spaces until it is settled.
Yes, the app administrator can block access to common areas for a certain period of time.
